Cancellation conditions: The participant may cancel their participation in writing and without stating reasons before the start of the event. It is possible to cancel free of charge up to 14 days before the event. In case of cancellation after this time, the participation is liable to pay the conference fee in full. The date of receipt of the cancellation is decisive for the calculation of the deadline.
